Semla is seeking a talented and ambitious Key Account Manager (iGaming), who is self-driven and passionate about managing, nurturing & converting prospects to customers.

Job overview

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll play a critical role in building our commercial efforts in the iGaming segment. Your role will be to oversee and nurture established leads, support their conversion to customers and look for new growth opportunities.


Key responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with leads and customers, increasing awareness of our solution, feature updates & new markets we operate in, in order to upsell & convert

  • Travel to and attend conferences to meet with customers and leads

  • To be a face of Semla, and represent us positively

  • To seek out opportunities to increase our brand awareness and market capture

  • To feed information back to the organisation so we can optimise our solution, positioning and sales material

Qualifications

  • 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role within iGaming

  • Results-driven and bring initiative to the table

  • Self-motivated and a great team-player attitude

  • Organised with self-drive time management

  • A genuine interest for building long-lasting client relationships, maximising revenue and supporting the growth of Semla

  • Fluent in English (bonus if you have another European language)

  • Ideally based in Malta - (though not a necessity for the right candidate)

  • Working knowledge of Hubspot or another CRM system
