Role Description

We are seeking a talented Copywriter to join our creative team at Keen. As a Copywriter, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging content across various digital platforms to capture our clients' brand tone and voice.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and edit high-quality, persuasive copy for a diverse range of digital deliverables, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure cohesive integration of copy and visual elements.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to understand clients' target audiences and industry trends, using these insights to inform the messaging and tone.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, strategy, and client services, to gather information and develop effective, client-specific copy.
  • Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines, ensuring all copy is grammatically correct and consistently aligned with the desired brand voice.
  • Proofread and edit copy meticulously to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in copywriting and content marketing, particularly within the e-commerce sector.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Copywriter with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of engaging and effective copy, particularly in the e-commerce sector.
  • Exceptional command of the English language with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt writing style and tone to different brand voices and target audiences.
  • Strong research skills to gather and leverage information about various industries and topics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
  • Proficiency in content management systems and project management tools.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in an agency environment is highly desirable.
  • Relevant degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
