About the Role:

The Partner Operations Manager is a strategic and detail-oriented role that will work closely with our VP of Partnerships to enhance and streamline our partner-related processes and support Spreedly’s partnership ecosystem. This role involves developing, managing, and continuously improving critical partner processes such as onboarding, deal registration, rebates, and certifications. The Partner Operations Manager will provide daily operational support to the Sales, Partnerships, and other cross-functional teams, addressing inquiries related to partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Develop and refine key partner processes, including onboarding, deal registration, and rebates, to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Operational Support: Offer daily assistance to internal teams for partner-related inquiries and support, including post-sales and program compliance.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Create and manage reports and dashboards to track performance, support OKRs, and drive revenue growth.
  • Documentation & Best Practices: Document processes and best practices to support internal teams and partners.
  • Complex Requests Handling: Develop a deep understanding of partner programs to manage complex requests and escalations effectively.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with managers across departments to design and iterate on processes and projects related to partnerships.
  • Strategic Projects: Lead high-impact strategic projects, from identification to execution, that drive long-term success in the global partner business.
  • Cross-Functional Contribution: Represent the Partnership team in broader company projects, ensuring partner needs are integrated into initial planning.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assess and redesign partner processes to enhance efficiency and scalability, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Engagement & Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Enablement teams to ensure partner requirements are met and incorporated into project planning and execution.

  • Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a partnerships or operations, in a SaaS, payments, and/or e-commerce environment
  • Experience working directly with sales/partner sales teams and partners
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced environment
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to be a thought partner to senior leaders - you have a knack for bringing stakeholders together and the confidence to keep them aligned with the goals of our partnerships program
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • As this role will primarily collaborate with partners based out of the US and the UK, fluency in the English language, both written and spoken, is required
