As a Client Engagement Leader at Logic, you’ll be the driving force behind reinforcing our reputation as an industry expert. You should have extensive knowledge of the retail industry and a successful track record of managing trust-based relationships. You’ll excel in delivering large technology-driven projects, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and communicating effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.

In addition, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of the industry as you support Client Account Leaders, manage the solutioning process, and drive revenue. Your exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills are invaluable in helping clients achieve their objectives. Client Engagement Leaders are considered the Innovators and Thought Leaders at the core of our business.

What you'll do
  • Client Delivery Leadership: Successfully executing all aspects of client contracts and managing "Statements of Work."
  • Client Account Leadership: Developing and delivering business through trust and value-led relationships with key client stakeholders, positioning Logic as a long-term trusted advisor and partner.
  • Industry Thought Leadership: Reinforcing Logic's reputation as an industry thought leader by staying up to date with the latest trends and understanding the retail industry's context within global, economic, technology, and social trends.
  • Team Leadership: Building and nurturing high-performing teams while actively contributing to Logic's reputation as a world-class company with exceptional talent.
What you'll bring
  • 12+ years of retail Cloud & Managed Services experience across corporate, consulting services, and solution delivery roles. Experience should span strategy, operations, and technology.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with C-suite and senior-level executives at retail organizations
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing, managed services, and their application in the retail industry
  • Expertise in designing and delivering innovative solutions that leverage cloud, managed services, and emerging retail technologies (e.g., AI/ML, IoT, prescriptive analytics)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to align technology solutions with client objectives
  • Passion for the retail industry and a desire to help clients navigate their digital transformation journeys

Location
  • CELs can be based anywhere in the US and Canada and must be able to work in such a way as to be able to serve clients in the major national time zones
  • Occasional travel may be required for corporate or client events
