Mission

Build a best in class shopping experience while leading consumer facing product efforts for our newest, and fastest growing business line: Shop and it’s newest bet: our Marketplace. A powerful new offering for consumers — being able to shop across Addi allies with a best-in-class experience — and for our allies — expanding their reach and growing sales in the digital world.

You will be responsible of driving the strategy, discovery, problem solving, solution designing, development, launch, and lifecycle management of products that meet shopping consumer needs and business goals for the area, achieving market success.

What you will do

  • Own complete shopping experience of the marketplace

    • Analyze product funnel performance metrics (e.g., sales data, customer adoption rates) to identify growth opportunities.

    • Run experiments to increase targeted KPIs and share those learnings across the company

    • Partner with analytics and research to better understand what drives your KPIs; be a subject matter expert on the topic

    • Be able to speak to trends in your KPIs and how your team's work is moving the needle

    • Continuously optimize product features and functionalities to drive customer acquisition and retention.

  • Ensure consumer satisfaction

    • Gather and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and support interactions.

    • Advocate for customer needs and preferences in product development and improvement initiatives.

    • Implement customer-centric features and enhancements to enhance product usability, satisfaction and retention.

  • Understand, refine and execute roadmap for marketplace experience

    • Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) through the product development lifecycle.

    • Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on market research and customer needs.

    • Coordinate beta testing, product validation, and go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in defining product requirements, managing development cycles, and launching successful products.

  • Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills to drive business growth and execute a product strategy aligned with business objectives.

  • Ability to use analytical and quantitative skills to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams effectively to achieve product development milestones and business objectives.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate product strategies and initiatives to internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners.

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, leading organizational change initiatives and adapting strategies to evolving market conditions.

  • Understanding of financial metrics (e.g., ROI, NPV) and business concepts to evaluate product profitability, pricing strategies, and business cases.

  • Basic understanding of user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design principles to contribute to discussions on product usability and design requirements.

How the hiring process looks like

  • Meet with the hiring manager for a 45-minute video chat interview. Here, we will ask you questions about your product/ business background and dive deeper into your experience and skills. You will be able to ask any questions about the culture and how we work at ADDI.

  • Business Case Presentation, With this business challenge, we want to see your business strategy, product management skills and expertise facing a real-situation.

  • Meet with our Senior Leader in Finance for a 30-minute chat to talk about your skills, financial accumen, interest and deep dive in your product/marketplace knowledge and cultural alignment

  • Meet with one of our founders for a 30-minute chat to talk about the vision of the company, what we are building and how you will contribute to our product.
