Job Description

Join Natek on the position of SAP Project Manager for a finance project. The project is about the integration between SAP ECC and S4Hana systems and the Tax Engine solution (SaaS). The project consists of two sub-projects that are running in parallel, but have different set of Business requirements and partially stakeholders. One project focuses on US and Canada and the other one on Rest of the World (primarily EMEA and ANZ, with elements of Asia). We are looking for an overall Project Manager, capable of understanding and managing Business side of the project as well as overseeing the technical delivery. The project is already ongoing, we are in the Blueprint stage, so the candidate will need to take it over from this point and keep it on track.

Your Responsibilities


  • Implement and integrate ECC and S4 Hana systems with a Tax Engine solution
  • Plan, track and manage different project tasks at various levels: program plan, sub project plan, technical plan etc., to deal with dependencies, risks and issues
  • Prepare budget and track the spend
  • Oversee technical delivery
  • Direct exposure to Business Process Owners, stakeholders and executives


Our Requirements


  • Senior Project Manager experienced in SAP implementations and integrations, with special focus on integrations with Tax/Finance applications.
  • Understanding of the Business process related to this project (Tax, Finance, P2P, O2C) is desired
  • Ability to oversee an external implementation partner, a product provider and the internal resources – both Business and IT – and their deliverables
  • Ability to plan, track and manage project tasks at various levels: program plan, sub project plan, technical plan etc., to deal with dependencies, risks and issues
  • Experienced in tactical project deliverables like requirements gathering, fit-gap/scope change documentation, workshops with the Business Process Owners / stakeholders, functional specifications, configuration, managing build and different testing cycles and defect resolution, documentation and cross-functional coordination
  • Worked on various project phases – Requirements Gathering till Go-Live Production Support
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication and presentation skills. It is a key that the candidate can present in front of the executives
