Career Opportunities: Site Survey Specialist - East Coast (7983)

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Site Survey Specialist (Remote) to join our team to cover the US Eastern region. The Site Survey Specialist is responsible for conducting thorough assessments of access control infrastructure at existing sites, including existing door conditions as it relates to locking hardware, frame and low voltage wiring depending on scope of project.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $67,000 - $73,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Supports the lodging sales teams during the site survey sales cycle phase of projects
• Presents directly to customers on behalf of the sales team to help explain technical and hardware aspects as needed and discusses any scope of work concerns for the project during the survey and selling phase
• Collaborates to understand the overall goals of the customers presented by the sales team and makes sure we are providing the best solution for their requirements
• Conducts site survey reviews and provides hardware requirements support as needed
• Works with engineering, product management keeping up to date on latest product trends and requirements

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• 3+ years in a technical support, technical sales or related field
• Travel up to 50% within the United States and Canada
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.

WHAT WE PREFER

• Bachelor’s degree in business/engineering or related work experience
• Knowledge of access control and door hardware industry
• Experience in utilizing salesforce software
