What You Will Do

Reporting to our Director of Business Services, we’ll also count on you to grow your named accounts’ book of business through renewals and product upgrades. Your main responsibilities will include:

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT – Work closely with brokers, producers, and other employer personnel on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewals while adhering to masa’s best practices and standard procedures. Ensure overall client satisfaction by proactively managing and anticipating the day-to-day needs of clients, through regular communication via phone, email, and periodic in-person visits.

RELATIONSHIP BUILDING – Develop and maintain solid relationships with brokers, employer groups, and internal colleagues. This will be done through virtual and face-to-face meetings and strategic events to drive engagement and build trust.

RENEWAL SUPPORT – Maintain a client renewal calendar and proactively manage the timeline for renewal activity, product upgrades, in-person open enrollment support, and presentations as well as coordinating any changes through various internal teams. Convert assigned accounts from membership to insurance upon renewal.

STRATEGIC GROWTH – Increase member participation on assigned accounts and exceed annual growth targets on assigned accounts. Leverage account management tactics including broker stewardship and employer engagement meetings to pitch account growth strategies and align with partners on the best steps forward.

INTERNAL LIASON – Act as liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve any service needs, billing/payment discrepancies, marketing initiatives, and claims status updates. Facilitate platform integrations and resolve roster discrepancies. Prepare reports for management as required.

GROUP RETENTION – Retain accounts in your assigned book of business. Brokers and Employers will update us periodically on their customer satisfaction. Study and share these ratings as key indicators of their overall satisfaction with our partnership.
