Governance Analyst IV – Program/Project Manager
BizFirst is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to support transformational initiatives within government agencies. BizFirst is a boutique staffing firm that connects businesses and government entities with skilled professionals in areas such as strategic execution, financial management, IT systems, and ERP implementation. What will you do?
As a Program/Project Manager, you will leverage your 9 years of experience to tackle multiple complex work assignments, demonstrating creativity and innovation in problem-solving. With considerable latitude, you will develop methodologies and present solutions to address challenges effectively. Your role will involve:
o Supporting the maintenance and execution of the Systems Consolidation Roadmap, ensuring vertical and horizontal integration to enhance business capabilities.
o Maintaining a repository of financial systems and their related information in accordance with OCMO, DON CIO, and DDCIO requirements.
o Utilizing expertise in Working project lead.
Responsibilities:
· Utilize expertise to tackle complex challenges in Program/Project Manager and deliver innovative solutions.
· Lead or support ERP governance tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
· Develop and implement advanced strategies to optimize client performance and achieve objectives.
· Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to drive success and foster positive relationships.
· Contribute to the development of best practices and methodologies in Program/Project Manager management and advisory services.
· Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to maintain compliance and enhance service delivery.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in BS/BA. Bachelor's (Additional 2 years of relevant experience may substitute for degree requirement).
· Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in Program/Project Manager roles.
· Expertise in Working project lead.
· Strong analytical skills and ability to apply expertise to multiple complex work assignments.
· Demonstrated creativity, originality, and innovation in problem-solving and task accomplishment.
· Ability to operate with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions.
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
· Commitment to delivering high-quality results and driving continuous improvement.
Eligibility Requirements:
· US Citizen, Interim Secret Clearance or Higher
Location:
· Remote; Near Washington DC Metro is preferred.
