Boomi Developer

EBI Consulting is looking for a full-time Boomi Developer to join our IT team. The successful candidate will have a strong background with developing integration solutions, and have at least 6+ years directly using Boomi. The successful candidate will also enjoy mentoring junior team members, working with business operations, and is someone looking for an opportunity to bring fresh ideas to the table. This person will take a leadership position among the IT team and will enjoy working with other leaders throughout the company.

This position reports directly to the Vice President of Enterprise Technologies, and can be either a hybrid or fully remote position, depending on your location. Top consideration will be paid to candidates near our Burlington, MA corporate headquarters who are able to come into the office a few days per week, but this position can sit anywhere in the US for the right candidate.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integration processes using Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform (processes, routines, and web services)
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust and scalable integration solutions
• Develop and optimize procedures and solutions to support ETL processes
• Test and deploy Boomi integrations, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements
• Collaborate with project teams to define and review requirements, scope, and objectives for system integration
• Lead the analysis, design, and development of solutions to deliver integration requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments
• Optimize integration solutions for performance and scalability
• Document integration development and maintenance processes for future reference and compliance
• Stay abreast of the latest Boomi features and best practices to continuously improve integration solutions

Qualifications and Capabilities

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in developing integration solutions with Dell Boomi iPaaS
• Boomi Proficiency in building integrations, connectors, and managing deployment processes
• Advanced experience with API management, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns
• Proficient in technologies such as complex SQL, Java, Groovy, or JavaScript
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services
• Familiarity with common business systems like ERP, CRM, and eCommerce platforms (e.g., NetSuite, NetSuite OpenAir, UKG). Advanced knowledge of NetSuite architecture and back-end database
• Highly motivated to continuously develop knowledge and skills and recommend new technologies
• Certification in Boomi Professional Developer is highly desirable
