Key responsabilities:
- Provide technical support services in Remote Patient Monitoring via phone and email
- Ensure patients are remotely followed via the Patient Services SyncUp program
- Deliver product training to in-house personnel and assist in educational material presentation
- Offer technical and clinical assistance to Regulatory Affairs personnel and resolve product/clinical issues internationally
- Comply with FDA regulations, Company policies, and maintain positive communication with all stakeholders
