What the role entails

As the IT Connectivity & Remote Solutions Specialist, your primary responsibility is the preparation and setup of connectivity structures for remote accessibility, server configuration, and cybersecurity. Collaborating with project managers, sales colleagues, and customers, you will ensure the successful installation of hardware, troubleshoot IT issues, and document configurations. Regular checks will be conducted to maintain connectivity to Roche platforms.

  • You have a strong knowledge of the healthcare industry (preferred but not mandatory).

Who you are

  • Degree in computer science engineering or IT.

  • Computer Literacy: Windows Server, Linux, DBMS (e.g. SQL), MS Office, IT Networking Technology (i.a. knowledge of Routing, Switching, Firewalls, WiFi, OSI model, …), Cybersecurity, Scripting (Powershell, Python, VBScript, …), Healthcare standards (ASTM, HL7, DICOM, PACS, …), Mirth

  • Team player with a positive mindset, a trusted employee.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Entrepreneurial, result-driven, and solution-oriented.

  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
