About the Role

You will be expected to ramp up the B2B arm of the RevoU business in Indonesia. While we are mostly known for providing education to students who want to excel in today's dynamic job market, we also deliver world-class corporate training to help unleash the company’s people potential to help accelerate business transformations.


We are doubling down on building RevoU Corporate Training and we are looking for an extraordinary individual with the ambition to make a lasting and sustainable difference in how people unlock their potential and how organizations can empower their people.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial builder who has a proven track record of supporting a successful B2B organization and is ready to step up his/her game and do some of the best, most impactful, and most rewarding work of his/her life.

More specifically you will be responsible for:

  • Acquire and qualify Outbound Leads: Utilize various prospecting methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking to generate new leads and expand the customer base based on our Ideal Client Profile
  • Leads Nurturing: Develop relationships with leads through regular follow-ups, personalized communications, and relevant content to keep them engaged and progress them through the sales funnel.
  • Database Management: Accurately record and maintain lead information, activities, and progress in the CRM system to ensure data integrity and provide timely reports on sales metrics.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our products or services and identify new business opportunities.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, and other stakeholders to align efforts, share insights, and continuously improve lead generation and conversion strategies.

Requirements

What would the best profile look like:

  • Relevant Experience: Proven track record in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment. Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Sales Knowledge & Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with the ability to identify customer needs, handle objections, and effectively communicate product or service value propositions.
  • Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written: In specific, being able to build relationships and having the ability to create rapport for establishing trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Goal-Oriented: Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets and quotas. A self-motivated individual who takes ownership of their work and continuously seeks improvement. Being a creative person to always find better ways to achieve goals
  • Relationship Building: A natural relationship builder with a strong ability to establish rapport and credibility with prospects. Able to maintain professional and courteous communication throughout the sales process.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and sales strategies. Willingness to learn about new products, industries, and technologies.
