We are seeking a talented individual with a knack for crafting compelling briefs that secure buy-in for retention product initiatives with low to medium complexity. This person will develop a deep understanding of our customers and core metrics, collaborating closely with insights/data teams and Customer Happiness to identify key customer challenges, size opportunities, and build a robust retention product backlog.

This role is instrumental in keeping initiatives on track, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration and efficiency, and adeptly handling high-priority requests or issues that arise within the organization. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills are essential for success in this position.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Gain a thorough understanding of our customer and business and build out the roadmap that aligns with our goals.
  • Work with stakeholders to prioritize and plan project execution and required resourcing requirements.
  • Directly contribute to retention initiatives owning deliverables throughout the project lifecycle (e.g. research request, project brief, test results, etc).
  • Define and prioritize the testing roadmap and validate different hypotheses through A/B and multivariate testing to drive retention.
  • Build the retention product backlog, work closely with TPM to prioritize & manage sprints for the dev & design team.
  • Participate, create, and utilize both quantitative and qualitative methods in understanding member behavior and usage trends - including CI research/interviews, usability testing, and analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams and identify opportunities to improve the technical infrastructure to drive growth.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree, ideally in a technology related field.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience at a Product Management level.
  • Experience collaborating with a team of designers and developers, ideally in a remote/distributed setting.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to moderate based on audience and demonstrate an ability to partner with a range of cross functional partners.
  •
  • Proven ability to lead the charge for the entire product development cycle. This includes: defining a product roadmap, working with engineers/designers/architects to prioritize initiatives, managing sprints and writing user stories / acceptance criteria.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a lot of attention to detail.
  • Capable of breaking down complex problems and holding your own in discussions with engineering.
  • Decisiveness and proactiveness: you understand that we need to move quickly and that starts by making decisions, owning them and iterating when required.
  • A solid understanding of data flows between e-commerce, payment, ERP and analytical systems.
  • Experience working with data segmentation and analytical platforms.
  • Entrepreneurial in spirit, thrives in a fast-paced environment.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
  • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentive plans.
  • A 100% remote working environment (excluding Laboratory positions), which has been implemented from day one.
  • A strong company culture that is enforced through the hiring process to ensure values alignment and a highly collaborative team.
  • A mission-driven approach to everything that we do, with an overall goal to significantly improve our customers’ health and wellness.
  • A high-growth, dynamic environment with opportunities for your direct impact to be felt.
  • Paid holidays, company-wide mental health days, and unlimited PTO.
  • In-person team meetups for optimal collaboration, team building and accelerating productivity.
  • A work environment and culture that is based on high performance, productivity and continuous improvement.
  • The opportunity to work with passionate, high-growth, business-minded colleagues who bring their all to our mission each day.
