As a German Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will play a vital role in connecting talented individuals with exciting job opportunities in various sectors, including social media, gaming, healthcare, retail & e-retail, travel, automotive, financial, insurance, energy, and telecommunications. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential candidates, assessing their qualifications and skills, and matching them with employers seeking German-speaking talent. This role requires excellent communication and networking skills, as well as the ability to understand candidate preferences and align them with suitable opportunities in different countries.


Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates in the consumer services industry
  • Engage and screen candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Conduct interviews, either in person or remotely, and evaluate candidate suitability for open positions
  • Build and maintain a strong network of German-speaking professionals in various sectors
  • Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
  • Present qualified candidates to employers and arrange interviews
  • Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
