Our client is a dynamic, Series A company backed by some of the most impressive investors in the industry. They are a remote-first organization with a collaborative environment and best-in-class leadership. Dedicated to innovation and growth, they aim to scale to $100M in revenue and are seeking a strategic, hands-on sales leader to help achieve this milestone. We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Head of Enterprise Sales to lead and build a team of Enterprise Account Executives. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership and sales, working closely with the CEO to develop and implement a comprehensive sales framework to drive deeper and wider market penetration in the enterprise segment.


  • Develop and execute an effective enterprise sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of Enterprise AEs.
  • Engage directly in sales activities, leveraging your expertise to close high-value deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in North America and global markets.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to align sales strategies with overall company goals.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements
  • Must have enterprise sales experience
  • Bahelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and people management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Remote, but must be able to travel 25%, including monthly travel to the head office in Canada.
  • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

  • On-target earnings (OTE): $400,000
