The mission if you choose to accept it
Do you want to shape the future of hospitality? To help the brands we love most perform to their best every day? If the answer is yes, then we want to hear from you!

In this role, our Support Engineer will be fundamental to empowering our partners to get setup and get value quickly in Nory. We want to help them to move through their projects into BAU at breakneck pace!.

To help us achieve this goal - at any time you may be;
  • Unblocking and supporting partners to get value from Nory
  • Reviewing and acting on partner support tickets
  • Reviewing and acting on partner usage stats
  • Reviewing processes and providing feedback for improvement
  • Providing answers to our partners for any queries or challenges they may have
This role requires an ability to build relationships and to develop and empower a broad user base to get the most from Nory. The successful candidate will have a customer obsessed mindset, seeking to deliver maximum value to our partners.
Your profile
Are you the type of person who wants to influence the journey of our company, help us grow to global scale? If so, you’ll do great and have a fun time as an Support Engineer within Nory’s growing team.

Culture fit is really important to us here at Nory, and a candidate's technical chops are just half the story. Teamwork is the name of the game, and we're looking for someone who shares our values. That's why our interview process emphasises communication and culture just as much as experience.  If you’re ready to bring your spark to our team, then look below for our requirements:

  • You have 2+ year of SaaS industry experience in a Support / implementation role
  • You're technologically fluent; can build and work with API's and other integration interfaces
  • You “get stuff done” with individual customers while simultaneously building repeatable internal infrastructure and processes
  • You’re eager to build and drive impact on a critical team that is in some ways a ‘startup within a startup’
  • You thrive in complex cross-functional roles requiring collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Growth, Solutions Engineering, Product, and others
It’s a start-up, so lots of things to do, lots of change, continuous delivery and fast learning is where we’re at; while making sure it’s fun and rewarding to be part of the team.
Why us?
We're a small team with a lot of things to learn and do. We're building a company, a culture and a product with global ambition. Culture fit is really important to us here at Nory, and Teamwork is the name of the game so we are looking for someone who shares our values.

We're big on research and communication, and we will expect the same from you. No matter the role spec, you'll do great if you think customer-first and are willing to learn about the industry we operate in. You'll speak with customers, build a shared understanding of the problems at hand and, perhaps even identifying some unmet needs that deserve to be explored further. Why? Because it takes a variety of skill sets and experiences to build a world-class product. We want you to contribute to the team's knowledge rather than just write code or push pixels whilst siloed away.

Additionally, here's what's on offer on top of our competitive salary:

  •         Hardware and software you need to get the job done
  •         Home office setup / Co - working budget
  •         35 days holidays per year
  •         Annual personal development budget
  •         Regular workshops, presentations and learning sessions

  •         Health Insurance
  •         Pension
