Responsibilities
- Lead standard accounting functions, including month-end close and reconciliations, to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Perform cost and financial variance analysis of data extracted from various internal sources to identify and explain discrepancies, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting effective decision-making.
- Perform analysis and reporting regarding financial operations and information.
- Serve as consultant to all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
- Perform necessary reconciliations to maintain financial accuracy and integrity.
Requirements
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
- Bachelors in Accounting highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of accounting experienced preferred.
- Value based accounting experience a plus.
