Stage Front is looking for an experienced project manager with experience managing scrum teams. The scrum master's responsibilities include ensuring that development teams follow scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments.

Responsibilities:

• Using agile methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.

• Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams in multiple time zones to follow agile values, principles, and practices.

• Overall project management leveraging RAID strategies and managing tight timelines.

• Scheduling and facilitating scrum ceremonies, meetings, and decision-making processes.

• Monitoring progress and performance, and assisting teams in making improvements.

• Planning and organizing demos with key stakeholders.

• Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the scrum team.

• Planning and organizing product and system testing within QA and UAT environments.

• Preparing and presenting regular reporting packages to stakeholders to include updates on project status, progress, and key milestones.

• Tracking project processes, deliverables, and financials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.

• Certified scrum master, SAFe preferred.

• 3+ years of experience as a scrum master or in a similar role.

• 8+ years of experience in a project management role.

• Experience using Jira for managing projects, reporting (Velocity and Burn Rate), and road mapping. 

• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.

• Experience leading scrum ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective, etc.)

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

• Self-motivated and driven to learn the ticketing industry (existing experience is a plus).

• Leadership and management experience.

• Excellent people and project management skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills via Canva or Powerpoint.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
