What You'll Do

  • Overall responsibility for the district sales, third party alliances and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that improves Commvault’s opportunities across all product solutions.
  • We are looking for a strong coach, mentor and educator for all Sales Reps within District. The team will have a cross section of accounts across a specified district, containing mostly complex named accounts.
  • Increase scope and sales of Commvault offerings within targeted accounts. Develop both long-term relationships with current customers and explore avenues for new ones.
  • Achieve the revenue goals established each quarter in line with the business plan for Commvault.
  • Drive pipeline to ensure regular and predictable income that not only achieves target, but which out-performs against declared financial goals to provide for sustainable growth.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis utilising Salesforce.com.
  • Initiate and measure account and opportunity plans for the business, demonstrate real client care and achieve complete client satisfaction.
  • Initiate, develop and promote relationships with third parties as required thus broadening the scope of the company’s business activity through increased market penetration.
  • Lead and inspire staff to achieve their maximum potential and deliver predictable revenue; customer and staff satisfaction.

Who You Are

  • Demonstrable record of achievement building and leading sales teams within a Software/SaaS business - within Data Management/Security and Cyber Resiliency is desirable Demonstrated ability to articulate products and/or service offerings for organisation.
  • Experienced driving sales pipeline utilising Channel ecosystem
  • Experience of effectively communicating at all levels within a client organisation as well as their own.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to close deals in a timely manner.
  • Inspirational and experienced presenter and public speaker
  • Flexibility to travel when required
  • Fluent German and English language Skills
