Your missions

RemoteVAPH is looking for a Rent Manager with QuickBooks Desktop experience. This is a remote, work-from-home position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST (Night Shift).

Job Description:

We are seeking a candidate who can effectively manage tenant communications and handle maintenance-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Excel, as well as prior experience in tenant relations.

Requirements:
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and Excel
  • Prior experience in handling tenant communications and calls
  • Experience in maintenance is a plus but not a priority
Job Responsibilities:
  • Take phone calls regarding maintenance issues, tenant complaints, and repair requests
  • Manage and update tenant information in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel
  • Communicate effectively with tenants to address and resolve maintenance-related problems
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure timely resolution of tenant issues
