About the role:


As our HRBP Dutch Intern you will be joining our dynamic HR team in Barcelona. As an HRBP Intern, you will support the EMEA & APAC HR team in delivering strategic HR initiatives and providing comprehensive HR support to our Dutch-speaking employees located in EDC (European Distribution Center in Belgium).

About the role:


The Director Commercial OUS MIA will be responsible for the guidance of the MIA implant commercial development globally. Managing a commercial organization with the scope of develop the clinics network and enhance their experience, from onboarding, to managing the ongoing relationships as an internal point of contact for related queries.

On this role you will establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives.

You will also be responsible for reviewing and analyzing with the organization the sales metrics of clinics and sharing insights with the wider team to ensure data driven decision making throughout the expansion of Mia Femtech.


Your Responsabilities:


  • Responsible for the tracking of performance and development of the clinics and to assist the team in making data driven decisions.  
  • Looks after the commercial team´s relationships with Mia clinics, as a commercial point of contact for approvals and escalations.
  • Performs market analysis to understand the customer base.
  • Approve/align next target clinics pointed by local teams/commercial managers.
  • Guarantees and reinforce the importance of education about the Mia programs, ensuring that the commercial team and clinics are delivering the Mia program to the highest standards.
  • Develops people from both a functional skills and leadership perspective, with the goal of growing internal talent.
  • Responsible for budget and forecast.
  • Liaison between marketing MIA team, commercial department, and relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Oversees initiatives and development of action plans to build relationships with KOL (training, selection for congress...).
  • Partners with Marketing department in the definition and execution of digital and traditional marketing strategies with different partners.
  • Plans and executes the launch of new products/programs in the region and select the right distributors for each launch.
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
  • Provides timely, accurate strategy while striving to maintain maximum market share.
  • Validates processes, systems, and overall requirements for deployment in clinics.


Relationships and Roles:

  • Governs cross-functional teams and commercial team to ensure clinics get the highest level of service when it comes to Medical Education, Trade Marketing and Customer Care. Alignment with Firt Line management.
  • Oversees and manage profit and loss (P&L) statements to ensure financial targets are met and to drive profitability within the organization.
  • Works with finance to set prices ensuring profitability and growth for the company.
  • Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
  • Conducts regular coaching and counseling with direct reports to build motivation and selling skills.
  • Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.


You will bring:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or other relevant fields.
  • 5-8 years of experience in a commercial management, client facing position.
  • Experience in health and beauty industry, processes, and ecosystem.
  • Track record of success within Client relationship management.
  • Demonstrable experience of driving business growth and revenue delivery
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Having worked alongside Digital Sales and Marketing.
  • Having worked in multinational company.
  • Clinics’ business model.
  • Strategic framework under a DTC business model and complex projects.
  • Digital tools (Surgeon’s website, SEO, SEM, social media).
  • Patient-centric, with an empathic and sensitive approach to patient and/or clinics.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.
  • English required; other languages is a plus.
  • Experience using Project Management Software
