Your missions

Job Description:

Key Roles and Responsibilities: This role works closely with the business leaders, SMEs, and HR to define the IDC's Team Culture and People Capabilities that are both holistic & role based.

  • Develop a shared vision and strategy of the IDC's Learning Culture in partnership with the business leaders.
  • Develop an organizational learning framework to build capabilities to prepare, support and enable the IDC change initiatives.
  • Develop Learning Strategies for the cultural assimilation of existing and new team members as the IDC ramps-up to ~3,500 till the end of 2025.
  • Develop a holistic employee engagement plan based on the organizational learning framework:
    • Onboarding and new hire program
    • Career Development program
    • Ongoing training
    • Leadership development programs
    • Coaching and mentoring Programs
    • Employee feedback and satisfaction
  • IDC Learning Academy responsibilities:
    • Identify training needs based on skill gap analysis for the skill clusters. Identify and understand the capabilities to make IDC future-ready and develop employee skills to drive business results.
    • Create and develop learning strategies and programs for both behavior and environment change for Individual Contributors, Supervisory level 1 and 2, leaders and the whole team to fill the skill and knowledge gaps identified.
    • In partnership with the SMEs create relevant courses and hands-on assignments to achieve the skill levels identified.
    • Curate the PLE programs that are relevant and useful to the team and skills identified.
    • Formalize strategies to set agreed and relevant benchmarks and assessments for the courses and programs in each of the learning paths identified.
    • Implement coaching sessions and mentorship programs to establish a culture of continuous learning and enable change.
    • Partner with the AT&T University Team to implement various learning projects identified.
  • As part of learning path operations excellence:
    • Monitor, measure, analyze, and validate the value and the success of the learning programs to business leaders
    • Ensure continuous improvement of the learning programs.
    • Identify effective learning methods like community learning/virtual learning and implement the best learning methods to achieve the goals of IDC Learning Academy.
