Marketing Specialist

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Success, People Operations, and other teams across the organization to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement campaigns
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members to develop high performing campaigns, leveraging testing and data-driven decision making to constantly improve performance
  • Manage all strategic and operational elements of multi-channel campaign execution, including ideation, campaign set-up, list strategy and development, project management, campaign tracking, and data analytics
  • Work cross-functionally to drive content and campaign effectiveness, prospect/customer engagement, and funnel advancement.
  • Experience creating, developing, and delivering Executive Decks to be used in both Internal, external, and public presentations. Familiar using Google Slides.
  • Responsible for developing consumer and member engagement strategy, sharing data-driven best practices, creating robust marketing plans, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Analyze all lead generation campaigns and identify opportunities for campaign optimization and areas in the pipeline requiring additional marketing support
  • Work with internal and external shareholders across all Marketing and Sales support initiatives.
  • Provide go-to-market planning support to ensure high-quality marketing materials are produced and leveraged in the launch and sales process
  • Contribute to overall brand messaging and positioning
  • Participate in the development of the overall marketing strategy for all marketing channels across all of eVisit.

Requirements

  • This role requires excellent communication, a collaboration style that brings people together across multiple disciplines, and an ability to craft stories that inspire and motivate both our customers and the populations they serve
  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within a healthcare organization, Healthcare IT, or Marketing Agency supporting these industries.
  • WordPress / WordPress Engine experience not required, but an added bonus
  • Experience and comfort with marketing technologies (automation, tracking and analytics, etc.) Specifically Hubspot.
