Want to revolutionize the future of education and do meaningful work that transforms future generations’ lives?

Crimson Education is a Series D, global EdTech startup founded in 2013 with the idea that through personalized education and technology, we can transform students into the world leaders of tomorrow. We’re now in 28 markets and have an ambitious team of 700 that’s rapidly expanding across the globe. Our tech platform connects 3000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.

As part of the suite of Crimson business divisions, newly founded Delta Institute offers a suite of extra/super-curricular related products with a clear focus on equipping students with the “delta factor” in their profiles. Delta Institute comprises of:

1. Delta Careers. The purpose of this unit is offering and facilitating unique work experience opportunities for high school students. These are cohort based work experience opportunities in partnership with top global companies. We offer a two-fold educational product:

  • Upskilling: Crimson works with mentors from top fortune 500 companies to offer a foundational setting to learn practical careers skills in specific domns. For every work-experience program, students upskill in two program-specific modules (e.g., Product Management and UI/UX Design). There is also a core module called “Careers Toolkit”, where students immerse in corporate communications and build team-working and team-bonding skills; project-based work skills; leadership skills; and more. In each module, there is rigorous both formative and summative assessment involved.

  • Case-Study: Crimson partners with top global companies to offer a project-based experience where students will be able to create actual impact through the partner companies. The likes of Uber, PwC, Dentons, Stripe and Ferrari. Divided in teams, they work on a company-assigned case-study for the whole month of the program and present their work in front of company representatives at a final “pitch-night” assembly.

2. Delta Launch. The purpose of this unit, the school of the future, is offering and facilitating unique opportunities of hands-on upskilling in areas such as coding-related knowledge (which is bound to be essential for any type of job in the future). It comprises a family of products, including Delta Code.

  • Overseeing the development of content (if any needs to be produced, e.g., recorded videos on Code/skills to be used during cohorts or as part of 1:1 Code immersion program)

  • Overseeing (alongside the Delta Careers team) talent recruitment to enrich the program as further needs arise (e.g., hiring Ivy-League/Oxbridge/Russell Group Code mentors/experts/ specialists to participate in/enrich a cohort or take on 1:1s with students)
