GrowthAssistant is looking for an E-commerce Advertising Specialist (Meta and TikTok) for our growth marketing team in the US. We’re seeking a data-driven Paid Social Strategist to manage 5-7 client accounts, onboard new clients, and ensure smooth campaign execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, is detail-oriented, and collaborates well across departments. A strong understanding of the Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Instagram ad ecosystems is required.

The Role

  • Manage paid ads on social media for 5-7 client accounts.
  • Onboard new clients and learn their brand messaging inside and out.
  • Optimize client campaigns using unique, creative strategies and concepts.
  • Ideate, script, and storyboard creative concepts for new ads.
  • Write compelling copy for paid social ads.
  • Track and analyze performance data for campaigns on Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms.
 

The Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in agency and e-commerce settings.
  • Expertise with Facebook Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with various advertisement ecosystems across all major social media platforms.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Analytics, TripleWhale, and Shopify backend.
  • Experience managing multiple clients with monthly budgets ranging between $50,000-$500,000+ per client.

  • Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable using project management frameworks to track and complete key deliverables.
