**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify potential leads by positioning Services as a best-in-class provider of marketing technology and operations.
- Articulate value propositions in business process outsourcing, marketing technology enablement, and marketing operations.
- Develop and prioritise a list of prospects, identifying potential buyers of services.
- Build and maintain relationships with service buyers through various channels.
- Implement strategies for new account penetration and cross-selling to existing accounts.
- Collaborate with practice and client engagement teams throughout all phases of the sales and deal cycle.
- Participate in the entire proposal lifecycle, from written to oral presentations.
- Represent at conferences and networking events, comfortable in both formal and informal settings.
- Consult on emerging trends and service needs, working with practice teams to develop go-to-market solutions.
- Maintain rigor around hitting sales targets and communicating achievements.
- Identify upcoming RFPs/deals by networking with key client partners.
- Structure and negotiate complex deals.
**Eligibility Requirements:**
- Comfortable carrying a quota of USD 5 Mn+ annually.
- 10+ years of strong sales experience in the service industry.
- Experience in selling marketing operations and marketing technology enablement services.
- Hands-on experience with creating and leading proposals.
- Deep industry insight and an existing network.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proven track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level executives of leading organisations.
- Competitive, extroverted, and a go-getter.
- Proven global expertise, executive-level presence, and influence.
