The Account Executive is responsible for the, achieving a predetermined monthly, quarterly and total annual sales objective.

ATTRIBUTES:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accouting or related field required.
3 years of laboratory sales, pain management experience, pharmaceutical sales or related experience preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Business Development Develop and execute regional business plan. Secure introductory meetings from FSR and AE leads and cold calling. Build and maintain relationships through frequent touchpoints: in person, electornic or email. Preparing and presenting proposals to potential customers with sales director approval. Writes contracts and pricing structure for potential and existing customer for maximum quatity salese volume. On-going follow-up and renegotiation on contract expiration with approval of sales management and finance. Participate in National Trade shows as assigned.
- Reporting & Compliance Maintain complete records and submit and communicate regularly with Sales Director on pipeline, performance and regional expectations. Conduct Product Evaluations. Ensue compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Continuously gather and enter leads into DRUGSCAN database.
- Cross Collaboration Coordinate across multiple DS departments (Customer Solutions, Field Services, Lab Operations, Billing, IT) to resolve complex problems and meet or exceed expectations. Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor/management.

PAY RANGE:
$75,000.00 - $105,000.00

The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full time applicant. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
