Data Governance Project Lead

Position Overview:

The Data Governance Project Lead will oversee the execution and delivery of data governance initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. This role involves managing project activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and representing the project team in management steering meetings. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, experience in data governance, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Facilitate project activities to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
• Represent the project team in management steering meetings, providing updates and addressing concerns.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met.
• Prepare and present project status reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans to senior management.
