We're looking for an outstanding team member to join Affirm’s Marketplace Revenue team. The Marketplace Revenue team is responsible for structuring, negotiating, and executing on strategic initiatives that drive revenue via Affirm’s consumer app. As a Senior Manager, Marketplace, you are a subject matter expert on our business. This is a complex role essential to the functioning of Marketplace’s growth. The ideal team member will be a top-notch communicator, a team player, and have direct experience working in a fast-paced & ambiguous environment.

What You'll Do
  • Own Marketplace’s revenue-driving functions end to end, including merchandising, promotional strategy, financial program management, and monetization while collaborating closely with Product, Consumer Marketing, Credit, Sales, and Analytics teams
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve growth for our merchant partners while maximizing revenue for Affirm
  • Build and scale business operations, including merchant onboarding, ongoing improvement in tooling and automation, Salesforce infrastructure, content management and performance reporting against KPIs and OKRs
What We Look For
  • 10+ years of experience working in an analytical or operations role at a fast-paced tech company
  • 10+ years of experience working in a cross-functional organization
  • Proven track record of delivering on time
  • Proven ability to enhance cross-functional efficiency through process development
  • Ability to execute independently in an ambiguous environment
  • Strong prioritization skills with the ability to pivot as business needs change
  • Self starter who can identify areas for improvement and drive solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen

Base Pay Grade - N

Equity Grade - 9

Employees new to Affirm typically come in at the start of the pay range. Affirm focuses on providing a simple and transparent pay structure which is based on a variety of factors, including location, experience and job-related skills.

Base pay is part of a total compensation package that may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness and tech spending, and benefits (including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental and vision for you and your dependents.)

USA base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) per year: $190,000 - $240,000

USA base pay range (all other U.S. states) per year: $169,000 - $219,000
