Lead Product Marketing Manager

As the Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment and leverage your abilities to build scalable, repeatable go-to-market (GTM) all while keeping abreast of industry trends. Additionally, your GTM strategies will be the foundation for Sales and Marketing efforts to grow revenue and further strengthen market share. You will be supported and collaborating with revenue marketing as well as our creative services team.

You are a smart, creative marketer whose strong blend of strategic marketing expertise and technical understanding enables you to adeptly create compelling marketing and sales enablement content.

What You'll Do:

  • Business Leadership – Manage solution areas with P&L ownership mentality. Take a proactive approach to drive product revenue growth, go to market planning, and demand generation
  • Messaging and Positioning – differentiate your product/solution, create compelling customer value with messaging that is credible and resonates with target audience
  • Own and lead GTM strategy.
  • Thought Leadership – as a storyteller, describe in customer language value propositions and business benefits that resonate from the individual contributor to C-level execs through website material, blogs, videos, ebooks, presentations, etc.
  • Evangelism – serve as the spokesperson for our offerings and evangelize with customers and press, and at conferences and user groups
  • Competitive Intelligence – understand competition and market to build winning competitive positioning
  • Customer Advocate – understand customer needs, pain points, and opportunities, and reflect those in internal and external communication
  • Create and execute innovative strategies and marketing plans that drive market awareness, engagement and product adoption. Be the product evangelist internally supporting all product adoption needs.
  • Define, track and report on KPIs that clearly demonstrate the impact Product Marketing has on business goals.

What You'll Bring:

  • 6+ years’ experience in B2B product marketing with SaaS products
  • Experience in Fintech, specifically B2B payments and/or Accounts Receivable is nice to have (Card, ACH, etc.)
  • Ability to bring new ideas to the table with fresh perspectives on product marketing
  • Strategic mindset with a pragmatic attitude- ability to translate ideas into action, and manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently, while demonstrating flexibility and creativity
  • Solid understanding of the overall technology landscape with the ability to understand data and how to apply it to identify opportunities and solve problems
  • Teamwork, interpersonal and relationship-building skills; strong leader and player with proven ability to facilitate cross-organizational alignment
  • Bachelor’s degree required, relevant MBA or master’s degree strongly preferred

The expected base salary range for this position is $140,000.00 - $165,000 annually.

Compensation may vary depending on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses. Further details will be provided by our Talent Acquisition team during the interview process.
