Job description

Bnberry, a pioneering technology company that connects hotels and resorts to short-term rental platforms, is seeking a dynamic and self-confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a hospitality background. The ideal candidate will possess a business or sales degree (preferred), be eager to learn, and excel at active listening. This role focuses on converting inbound leads into meetings for our Business Development Managers (BDMs).

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with inbound leads promptly to qualify potential customers.
  • Conduct thorough qualification calls to understand customer needs and readiness to purchase.
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and Business Development Managers.
  • Classify leads to determine if they are ready to buy now or later.
  • Ensure our product offerings align with customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and lead status in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate closely with BDMs to optimize lead conversion strategies.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on Bnberry’s products and the hospitality industry.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Business or sales degree preferred.
  • Strong active listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
  • High level of self-confidence and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work diligently on inbound leads to maximize conversion rates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
