Commercial Development of Nordic Key Accounts within Distribution

In this position, you will drive further commercialization of tesa, with our Key Partners in the Industrial Distribution segment, focusing on the Nordic region. We expect you to “hit the ground running” and make an impact already from the first weeks.

You will work in close cooperation with our Nordic Sales Manager, the Nordic Sales Team and our European colleagues, supporting you to succeed in the role.

Your strategic responsibility will be:

  • Increase sales and manage profitability of Key Accounts, with key focus on commercializing the business.
  • Implement the European segment strategy at Key Accounts
  • Together with the Sales Manager build and lead the accounts and the annual budget targets to support the deployment of the Key Account plan
  • Lead the strategic development of the Key Accounts by setting sales, growth and profitability targets together with the Sales Manager
  • Identity new opportunities, manage & implement projects and sales pipeline
