Your missions

We are currently seeking an experienced Southern Area Sales Manager to join a growing, family-run business with highly ambitious growth plans. This is a stand-alone B2B sales role selling mid-high end innovative, technical healthcare products. You will be responsible for ongoing account development and seeking out new business development opportunities. The company is always seeking to innovate and develop new products to its already reputable range. This role encompasses both ongoing account development and also nurturing and winning new business. Each regional sales manager is backed up by an office based account manager helping arrange appointments and a sales administrator.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain existing sales and achieve sales growth of company products through new business development
  • Demonstrate excellent technical/product knowledge of the company's products
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, face-to-face visits, via video calls, telephone calls and emails
  • Guiding prospects through the Sales Funnel, consistently bringing new customers on board
  • Support existing customers by keeping regular contact with them, ensuring they are updated with developments, their needs are catered for
  • Increase business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Collect customer feedback and carry out dealer specific research and support

Requirements

  • Previous proven B2B sales experience with the ability and desire to sell
  • A strong relationship builder and solution seller.
  • Be target driven, organised and maintain a meticulous in-depth knowledge of products and services provided
  • Have the analytical skills to identify customer needs and propose solutions of benefit to the customer
  • Excellent customer service skills, being well-spoken and articulate with a professional telephone manner
  • A high degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to cover a large territory (although overnight stays are expected to be minimal)

Benefits

  • £45,000 - £60,000 basic salary negotiable DOE
  • Uncapped bonus commission (realistic OTE is 75K +++)

  • Fully expensed Company Vehicle (VW Transporter)
  • Fully remote job. Ideally on the road 3-4 days a week and home/office based once - twice a week. However, able to travel to E Suffolk head office twice a month, more initially.
