  • Drive continuity in HR communications and presentations across the team by sharing guidelines, templates, and feedback.
  • Research changes in optical certification and license requirements and ESG trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee optical certifications and licenses through verification processes, audits, and data governance.
  • Monitor licensed optician staffing needs and hiring results and coordinate the rewards program administration for licensed and certified employees.
  • Create resources and communication campaigns in support of the Optical License and Certification Program.
  • Lead the cross-functional collaboration process to complete recurring ESG surveys and annual carbon emission calculation.
  • Lead MyEyeDr.’s sponsorships and charitable donations approach, including ongoing cross-functional oversight and tracking.
  • Support the development and oversight of ESG-related committees and projects.
