Job Description/ Responsibilities
App support / Job configurator :-
1. Expert on IBM workload automation jobs configuration, application support
2. Able to create jobs, create calendars
3. Collaborate with various DEV/Support teams. Provide trainings/documentation on jobs and configs.

Server support:-
1. Expert on IBM automation server installation, setup, administration and config. Expert on Linux
2. Should have automation skills to install and manage agents with health checks.
Should be able to provide DR strategy and run fail-over and fail-back for automation servers.
