The Sr. Director, Quality Strategy will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and oversight of quality strategies in a company managing fully at-risk Medicare contracts. This role demands a strategic thinker capable of enhancing patient care quality while ensuring compliance with Medicare regulations.
What's Expected:
1. Quality Improvement: Develop and oversee quality improvement programs aimed at enhancing patient outcomes, reducing variations in care, and achieving cost-effectiveness.
2. Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning at the executive level, integrating clinical insights to drive the company's objectives in managing at-risk Medicare contracts.
3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all clinical protocols and quality initiatives comply with Medicare guidelines and other relevant healthcare regulations.
4. Team Leadership: Direct and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of excellence in clinical practice and quality improvement.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies, to optimize clinical and quality strategies.
6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze clinical performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and the effectiveness of implemented strategies.
