Position: Senior Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Remote, India
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹85,000.00 - 150,000.00 per month (compensation based on the local competitive market)

Full Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Team Management:
  • Lead a team of SEO specialists and other marketing members of the team providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
  • Manage the team to execute marketing goals, while also contributing to day-to-day tasks.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Design and execute paid digital marketing strategies to generate leads, increase member acquisitions, and elevate brand visibility.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives across social media, SEM, and display networks, focusing on lead generation and conversion rate enhancement.
  • Assess and report on campaign outcomes, making necessary adjustments to improve performance and ROI.
  • Coordinate with the team and platforms to optimize campaign efficiency and explore new opportunities.
  • Work with the SEO team to ensure both on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, concentrating on lead generation, trial conversions, member acquisitions, and cost-per-acquisition.
  • Manage email marketing initiatives, including list management, content creation, testing, deployment, reporting, and optimization.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and search engine algorithm updates to ensure cutting-edge optimization techniques.
  • Implement and refine strategies tailored for the US market, ensuring alignment with regional trends and requirements.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Provide regular updates and insights to leadership and stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Utilize data to craft and execute successful marketing campaigns, leveraging storytelling to enhance engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Proficiency with CRM software.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in lead generation optimization to drive increased leads and conversions.
  • Proven expertise in campaign management across social, SEM, and display channels.
  • Extensive knowledge of SEO strategies (both on-page and off-page).
  • Strong email marketing campaign management experience.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English communication.
  • Strong people skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders and peers based in different geographies.
  • A penchant for storytelling with an ability to rely on data to tailor successful campaigns.
  • Adaptability and resourcefulness to deliver successful outcomes and drive marketing results.
