Descript is looking for a passionate and driven Account Executive to join our team. As an early sales hire, you will play a pivotal role in creating a scalable and repeatable sales playbook, driving growth, and shaping our sales initiatives. Your work will be instrumental in driving our growth.
You are a proactive go-getter, deeply passionate about the creative and technical aspects of business video solutions. Above all, you are a thoughtful salesperson, who thrives in engaging business-level conversations with content creators, marketing professionals, and technical users.
The compensation range for this role is $138,000 - $190,000/year. Final offer amounts will carefully consider multiple factors, including prior experience, expertise, location, and may vary from the amount above.
