We provide recruiting services in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Administration, Customer Service, and all other professional services. As the competition slows down, we are busier than ever! To keep up with our rapid expansion, we are seeking a rockstar Executive Legal Recruiter to join our industry-leading team!

This position will recruit on a national basis for high-level attorney openings all over the U.S. and unlike many organizations, this position has NO sales component whatsoever. It is purely recruiting and headhunting candidates directly. We are looking for a high-quality, well-networked recruiter with a deep understanding of the legal industry. Someone upbeat, persistent, and a strong communicator with exceptional follow-through who is a top performer and driven by a passion to make a big impact on the legal industry!

Salary Range: $150,000 - $375,000 OTE / year

Position: Executive Legal Recruiter

Executive Recruiter Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, and headhunt top legal talent on a national scale across the U.S
  • Utilize state-of-the-art tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, Monster, and ZoomInfo for efficient and effective recruitment
  • Understand client requirements and culture to ensure a strong match between candidates and organizations
  • Screen and evaluate potential candidates through interviews, assessments, and other evaluation criteria
  • Collaborate closely with Account Managers to understand and meet the needs of new and current accounts
  • Maintain regular communication with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Stay updated on legal market trends, bringing a strategic perspective to hiring processes and practices
  • Report and provide feedback to management regularly

Executive Recruiter Requirements

  • Must have at least 7 years of staffing agency recruiting experience in the legal industry
  • Familiarity with job boards, databases, and professional networks
  • Expert negotiating skills for salary discussions, securing candidates, and fostering lasting client relationships
  • Tech-savviness with the ability to learn and adapt to evolving recruitment software and tools
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry, including key players, skills, and hiring standards direct industry experience is preferred
  • Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA is preferred, but open to hybrid or remote work arrangements
