Job Description

  • Ensuring the fulfillment of the team’s expected service level.
  • Managing performance and skill evaluations of employees.
  • Tracking career paths to enable personal development in accordance with business goals.
  • Leading employees with various professional competencies.
  • Managing daily operational tasks.
  • Monitoring the execution of tasks, ensuring the appropriate workload / work distribution within the team.
  • Managing resources (work schedules, holidays, substitution plans).
  • Employee lifecycle management including: hiring, selection of talents, performing job interviews, onboarding, regular dialogues with employees, continuous development.
  • Transferring operational and other relevant business information towards the team.
  • Ensuring welfare of the team: enabling efficient teamwork and conflict handling.
  • Tracking the productivity and operational performance of the team, setting targets, executing corrective actions when needed.
  • Ensuring the efficient use of corporate assets; applying proper processes, methodologies, and standards.
  • Handling of occasional management processes (self-governance and responsibility).
  • Performing work in international teams, in an integrated, virtual work environment.
  • Regularly evaluation performance of the team members.

Are you passionate about solving problems?

As part of our team, you will:

  • Build / ramp-up and manage a cross functional Technical Sales Remote Support (TSRS) team focused on the CNS ECE Solution portfolio.
  • Define, agree and document team as well as individual responsibilities and targets alongside the CNS ECE BC mission.
  • Define, agree and monitor team and individual KPI's and regularly report KPI status to the Head of TSRS.
  • Ensure the team delivers on agreed work packages with internal and external key stake holders meeting agreed timelines in excellent quality.
  • Ensure, measure and incentivize effective information sharing within the team as well as with other Nokia / external key stake holders.
  • Identify and manage conflicts inside the team as well as tackle relevant escalations with the team's key stake holders.
  • Strictly adhere to NOKIA's sell & CNS processes.

Follow all Nokia Information Security policies and guidelines including ISMS (ISO27001 program)

Your skills and experience

You should have:

  • Experience in supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a highly motivated and competitive team.
  • Experience in managing the high volume of work and the capacity.
  • Ability to think strategically but are also able to get deep into the detail.
  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Responsibility, self-reliance and punctuality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • 5-7 years of work experience in sales support, product management, professional services, pre-sales, sales engineering, consulting or similar.
  • Fluent English excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet critical timelines.
  • Creative ‘out of the box’ thinker.
  • Exceptional work ethic, the ability to work independently, self-motivated, driven and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Knowledge of CNS Enterprise Campus EDGE portfolio and services is an advantage.
