What does the role look like?

As a Microsoft 365 Specialist you'll help our customers increase their business value by using Microsoft 365. With a user-centric approach, you will support and simplify the daily work of individuals, strengthen collaboration between different teams and increase productivity in the organization. The work takes place within the framework of the customer's business and communication processes, which therefore requires good knowledge of Microsoft 365, digital workplace trends, an understanding of business processes, training and change management, as well as a commitment to understanding how digital tools can support the business.


In this role you will:

  • Support customers with Microsoft 365 apps such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint or Microsoft 365 Copilot
  • Identify and analyze existing ways of working, future needs and goals in close dialogue with the customer
  • Map, analyze and create strategies and plans for the organization's digital workplace. Examples could be: Implementation plans, information architecture, document management, security or governance
  • Create an understanding of Microsoft 365 and how the tools can facilitate daily work (for instance with workshops, training sessions, etc.)
  • Assist customers with, for example, governance and migration activities
  • Manage projects related to the digital workplace
  • Assume the role of a solution architect (solutions may vary depending on your profile)
  • Help drive change in the organization


Your background

You are passionate about digital workplace solutions and have strategic as well as practical knowledge of how to implement solutions based on these technologies successfully in organizations. You have experience of working with the products in Microsoft 365 and preferably also knowledge of Microsoft infrastructure such as Exchange, Entra ID, Intune. As a person, you should have a great interest in supporting businesses with both digital tools, roadmap planning and acting as an advisor. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with change. You are well versed in leading projects, both in Swedish and English, and can create plans and strategies that help our customers achieve their goals.


Fluency in spoken and written Swedish is required for this role.
