Commercial Solicitor - 10 years PQE+ (Home-Based)

My client is a well recognised and sought after 'Employer of Choice' Law Firm. They have instructed Law Staff to assist them in a search for a Senior Commercial Solicitor with at least 10 years PQE, gained within Private Practice. You will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and support to a range of impressive global and national clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial matters, including distribution agreements, agency agreements, and general terms and conditions for goods and services. In addition, you will have the chance to expand your knowledge and experience in areas such as competition law and data protection and privacy law.

The Role

• Distribution agreements
• Agency agreements
• General terms and conditions for goods and services
• Some exposure to or interest in competition law (preferred but not essential)
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy law
  
  

Skills And Experience Required

To be successful in this role, you must have at least 10 years PQE as a Commercial Solicitor, from a recognised Law Firm with a strong background in the areas mentioned above. You should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A proactive and client-focused approach is essential, as is the ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
