Position Responsibilities For The Workday Analyst

  • Offer worldwide functional support for Workday HCM, including one or more of the following modules: Absence, Benefits, Core Compensation, or Talent Management.
  • Diagnose issues, conduct tests, and collaborate with stakeholders to find solutions.
  • Record, direct, and manage support tickets in Zendesk.
  • Create and build custom reports and dashboards tailored to the needs of business users and senior leaders.
  • Perform and assist with compliance audits.
  • Offer guidance and training on system functionality to internal stakeholders and the HR team.
  • Assist with the implementation of new Workday feature releases every six months.

Position Qualifications For The Workday Analyst

  • 3+ years of HR systems experience either within People Ops
  • 2+ years configuring and supporting HRIS applications such as PeopleSoft, Workday
  • Experience in Workday modules such as Core HCM, Onboarding, Time Tracking, Benefits, Workday Payroll, Talent/Performance, Dashboards and Reporting.
  • Experience with a ticketing systems (Zendesk a plus)
