Senior Graphic Designer 

Full-time, Remote

Responsibilities:

  1. Developing Engaging Designs: Create visually appealing designs tailored for websites, social media campaigns, and digital advertising materials, including graphic design and development of the look & feel of new product launches. Utilize innovative design techniques to captivate target audiences and drive engagement, especially considering the demands of the beauty industry on product presentation and staging.

  2. Ensuring Compliance with Corporate Design Guidelines: Adhere to established corporate design guidelines to maintain brand consistency and integrity across all digital communication channels, including transferring the corporate design you have developed to all of our customers' touchpoints. Implement design modifications in accordance with corporate standards and specifications, ensuring a visually consistent brand and line appearance.

  3. Integration of Current Design Trends: Stay abreast of the latest design trends and incorporate them into marketing strategies to enhance digital presence and relevance, setting new standards in design. Ensure seamless integration of contemporary design elements into ongoing campaigns, reflecting modern and future-oriented thinking.

  4. Collaboration with Digital Advertising & Campaigns Team: Foster close collaboration with the Digital Advertising & Campaigns team to ensure cohesive campaigns across all digital platforms, managing design processes from idea development and design to successful market launch. Align visual content with campaign objectives and messaging to maximize impact and effectiveness, maintaining effective and professional collaboration with all stakeholders within the company.

  5. Strengthening Visual Identity: Contribute to the enhancement of the organization's visual identity across various digital platforms, incorporating creative ideas and graphic design for print and digital media. Implement strategies to reinforce brand recognition and awareness through consistent visual elements, utilizing image research, selection, and small image retouching of beauty motifs and product images to quickly present initial ideas.

  6. Continuous Development of Digital Designs: Actively engage in the evolution of digital designs and content to adapt to changing market dynamics and emerging technologies, drawing from several years of experience in developing new designs and creating corporate designs, ideally in the beauty sector. Explore and implement innovative design concepts to maintain competitiveness in the digital landscape, not afraid of the blank sheet of paper and excelling in the new development of modern designs that are state of the art.

Requirements:

  • Educational Background: Completed studies or vocational training in the fields of graphic design / visual communication / communication design, providing a solid foundation in design principles and techniques.

  • Proficiency in Graphics Programs: Experienced in the use of common graphics programs, demonstrating proficiency in industry-standard software for design and layout.

  • Creativity and Result-Orientation: Possess distinct creativity and a high demand for results, leveraging innovative ideas to achieve impactful design solutions.

  • Typography, Visual Language, and Photography: Demonstrate a keen sense of typography, visual language, and photography, ensuring effective communication through design elements.

  • Communication Skills and Professional Experience: Exhibit very good communication skills and several years of professional experience in a design or advertising agency as a designer or senior art director, effectively collaborating with team members and clients. Showcase creativity and innovative concept development, with an in-depth understanding of current design and communication trends.

  • Solution-Oriented Approach: Apply a solution-oriented approach to overcoming challenges, adapting strategies to meet project objectives and client needs.

  • Leadership and Experience in Creative Communications: Hold a college degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, with 5-7 years of experience in creative communications, including proven team leadership. Demonstrate success in developing and implementing innovative communications campaigns, driving engagement and achieving desired outcomes.

  • Digital Communication Expertise: Exhibit creativity and innovative concept development, coupled with experience in digital communication and contemporary digital assets. Maintain an in-depth understanding of current design and communication trends, utilizing digital platforms effectively to convey messages and engage audiences.
