Position Overview:

As an Industrial Designer, you will play a crucial role in the ideation, design, and development of our eyewear collections, bags (including backpacks and travel bags), and other lifestyle accessories. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and sketching innovative designs, creating detailed technical packs, and collaborating closely with manufacturing partners to bring samples to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideation & Brainstorming: Generate creative ideas and concepts for eyewear, bags, and other accessories. Participate in brainstorming sessions to explore new product opportunities.
• Sketching & Concept Development: Create detailed sketches and renderings of new designs. Translate concepts into clear and concise visual representations.
• Technical Pack Creation: Develop comprehensive 2D technical packs in Adobe Illustrator, including specifications, materials, and construction details for manufacturing.
• Collaboration with Manufacturing Partners: Work closely with manufacturing partners to ensure accurate translation of designs into physical samples. Provide clear instructions and feedback throughout the prototyping process.
• Quality Control & Sample Review: Review samples to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards. Make necessary adjustments and improvements as needed.
• Trend Research & Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor products to inform design decisions and maintain brand relevance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and other design software.
• Strong sketching and ideation skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Experience in creating technical packs and working with manufacturing partners.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a passion for innovation and design.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of eyewear and accessory design is a plus, but not required.
