mdf commerce Inc. is an international team of over 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of our B2B and B2G customers.

Working in the ecommerce sector, we are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our professional services team at k-ecommerce.

What will your main responsibilities look like?

In this role, you will be led to:

Take accountability for the delivery and success of the projects entrusted to you.
Ensure the delivery of projects within planned budgets and timelines, and according to the requirements agreed with the client.
Control planned timelines and budgets.
Report project-related expenses.
Manage change requests, corrections and outstanding project items.
Analyze, mitigate and track project risks.
Report to stakeholders on the progress of the work and the status of the projects.
Ensure the quality of project deliverables.
Ensure daily and effective coordination of all stakeholders related to the projects.
Plan and ensure, with the help of the development teams, the follow-up of the work elements of each iteration in an agile mode (Scrum).
Organize and hold daily team meetings (Scrum Meetings).
Ensure an excellent relationship between the company and our customers.

What elements of your professional background will be necessary and useful in this role?

Your experience in delivering software development projects.
Your experience in managing critical projects (4 to 5 years of experience).
Your experience in the ecommerce industry.
Your knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Your strong autonomy, your thoroughness, your reliability and your sense of initiative.
Your ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage priorities.
Your ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
Your experience with speaking to stakeholders and delivering project visuals that communicate project insights.
Your openness to working with various people, cultures, skillsets and motivations.
Your bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or your equivalent professional experience.
Your experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
Your experience with the Atlassian Jira Cloud.

What are the assets that would make you stand out?

A PMP certification, Scrum Master certification or Agile certification.
Your excellent English and French language skills, both oral and written, due to frequent interactions with English and French speaking internal and external colleagues and partners across Canada.
