Your missions

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently seeking a Danish Speaking IT/Customer Support Representative for an exciting opportunity to relocate to Greece. Joining our client's team, you will provide exceptional IT and customer support to Danish-speaking clients, contributing to their overall satisfaction and ensuring a seamless experience.

As a Danish Speaking IT/Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for handling IT-related inquiries and providing technical support to customers. This includes troubleshooting software and hardware issues, assisting with network configurations, and resolving IT-related problems. In addition, you will also provide excellent customer support by addressing customer inquiries, managing complaints, and ensuring timely resolutions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide IT and customer support to Danish-speaking clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in IT support or a related field
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of software, hardware, and network configurations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to provide effective IT and customer support
  • Proficient in using computer systems and IT support tools
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece
  • Valid European Passport or ID
