This is a fantastic opportunity that includes a paid relocation package, allowing you to provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking customers in a new and exciting location.

As a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for Pandora, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing guidance on product selection and purchase, resolving any issues or complaints, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will serve as the point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, representing the Pandora brand and upholding the company's high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking customers
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with product selection, purchase process, and after-sales support
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company updates

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Prior experience in customer support or a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer support tools
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Willingness to relocate and work in the specified location
  • Valid European Passport or ID
