Key responsabilities:
- Resolve, triage, or escalate customer workflow issues by diagnosing problems
- Drive retention and increased adoption of Union by understanding customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to represent the voice of the customer
- Educate technical users on Union products and contribute to open-source projects
- Own meeting support KPIs and SLAs by managing customer expectations
